I love treasuries! I really admire those who put together cohesive, eye-catching collection such as the one above – it’s definitely not easy! I’ve created only a few over the past few years that I’m really proud of, so when someone features a Two Poodle shot in a well-curated treasury it makes me so happy!

I love the colors in this one – fall is such a spectacular time of year and it marks the beginning of the holiday season. Not to mention that fall is just about the best time of year here in SoCal – we often get our best weather, sunny, clear days and cool nights with just a little ocean breeze. Happy Fall everyone!

I missed the blog. Yes, I did abandon it for greener Facebook pastures, but you can only write so much there – everything is so quick, so succinct, so short. It’s good for some stuff, but I missed waxing on and on about some new fangled idea or inspiration that got me going.

Not too many new-fangled ideas today. Just getting back into the writing groove. I have started brainstorming ideas on the “notepad” feature on my iPhone late at night, so you KNOW I’ll have some good stuff soon. Uh-huh. We’ll see, right? 🙂

The newly-opened Sugar Kiss Boutique in Kensington, San Diego

Wow! I love Sugar Kiss! The fabulous owner, Quincy, contacted us a while back about being sold in her yet-to-be-opened boutique in San Diego. Many of our cards fit into her store vision – unique gifts and home products with a focus on handcrafted (and definitely local) lines. Such a great shop – I went in yesterday and spent nearly an hour just looking at everything in the store. She’s got a great eye and has pulled together a really awesome space.

In addition to checking out our prints and cards amongst all of the pretty things, I also picked up a deliciously lovely soy travel candle for a friend, plus some eco-friendly handsewn lunch bags (in a hip retro star pattern no less). Tons of great stuff at really reasonable prices for the quality and locally-sourced flavor.
